South

South is one of our favourite knockdown and rebuilds. The feel and colours we chose popped and worked amazingly well in the area. As it was within walking distance to the beach we decided on a modern exterior of timber and brick, however as a play on a traditional beach house we ran the timber features like weatherboards.

A soft colour scheme we ran on the exterior and interior with contrasting pieces, like the splashback in the kitchen and floor tiles in the bathrooms. The timber cabinetry and white benchtops ran throughout keeps the units’ modern and fresh, while the beautiful timber floors contrast, bring character and warmth into the space.
