South Gateway

South Gateway is one of our first developments. We renovated the front unit and built a new unit on the back. The front unit was stripped back and walls changed to create a better flow in the home. 

In designing the rear unit we thought of functionality and our potential buyer. The unit was built on a slab so there was no step up to the front door, we also added a door between the garage and the house leading straight into the beautiful timber kitchen. 

The units were located within walking distance of a major shopping centre and there is a bus stop directly out front making public travel easy and simple.
