Kingfisher

Kingfisher was a blank slate when we purchased it, located on the Peninsula, near amenities and close to the beach it was brimming with potential. We decided on a light weight cladding to create a modern rendered exterior, contrasting with the natural timber entry ways.

The two unit site had a contrast of light and dark warm colours on the exterior, this played off the area with sandy colouring for the render but the garage door drawing on the colouring of the flora in the area.

The interior was simplistic in design but with a lot of windows to create a connection between the exterior and interior, while also bringing in natural light. In keeping the walls light and bright we brought in contrast and warmth with a beautiful timber look kitchen.
