Hodges

Hodges was built for a client who wished to build two additional units onto the back of their home. We worked to the clients’ specifications which was a clean and simple design but still to have some traditional charm in the design.

Keeping the roof line a traditional degree and bringing a peak over the front door gave the units definition and a traditional feel, while adding the black framing for the windows and making the front door dark in colour brought in the modern, clean look.

These units were price point specific and we brought them in on budget.
