As we design your new home, we can tweak the plans to make it work for you – whether you need that extra bedroom or a larger living area or a compact living space that still feels open and functional – we can help you with this. We also take into account your property size and shape to make it work best for you. We design your living spaces to be facing north so that it brings you the warmth from the sun in winter but in summer the sun is higher in its trajectory throughout the day and so your spaces won’t overheat with the hot Australian sun.

As we proceed you choose the colours for your tiles, flooring, walls and bricks – let’s not forget your fixtures and fittings – this makes it yours!
