This is where we’ll get to know you, your needs and your desires moving forward. Throughout this part of the process, we can learn what you really want and give you an estimation for your project.

This step is exciting as it is the beginning of your design – your new home. Together we’ll work on the design and layout – answering any questions you might have along the way. All for the purpose of creating a design that flows best for you.

Now the plans and surveys are done, we can provide you with a formal quote. Which we will go through with you so you understand everything and there is no surprises along the way.

Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll finalise the contract and sort out the deposit for building.

With contracts signed and permits being processed – a date of commencement and estimated date of completion is set.

With all the paperwork done upfront, the first day on site is here and now begins the building of your dream home.

On the final inspection you walk through your home and any questions you have, we answer.

This is the day we hand over your keys and now it’s all yours. Move in and enjoy!
